Red Commitment: Training Challenge & Register
Walk or Run at a training session at least twice a week AND
Register to Walk/Run the Great 38 5k, 8-miler, or 13.1 (Discount: UMFS2019)
Navy Commitment: Train, Register & Volunteer
Walk or Run at a training session at least twice a week, register for the
Great 38 5k, 8-miler, or 13.1 one day AND volunteer the other day.
Fall into action for pride and prizes, including “TEAM IN TRAINING” tees and the grand prize drawing for each challenge level!

Monday & Wednesday on Main Campus at 5:45AM (Andrea Jekabsons)
Tuesday & Thursday on Main Campus at 4:30PM (Judy Lynn Nesbitt)
Monday, Wednesday & Friday Morning, South Campus Rail Trail at 6:30AM (Matt Zerangue)
Tuesday Evening Track Workouts, location varies between Oxford Middle School and Lafayette High School at 7PM (Kevin Lewellyn)
Wednesday Evening, South Campus Trails, at 5:30PM (Angie Getz)
Thursday Evening, The Growler/265 N Lamar at 6:30PM (Michael Hattaway)
Saturday @ Uptown Coffee, see below for times (Mike Hipp)
3 mile group, 7:15am
5 mile group, 7:15am
7.5 mile group, 6:30am
10 mile group, 6:30am
13 mile group, 6:00am
